Registration
In order to register for SHOWPRO based events, you must first complete a registration form. During this registration process you are required to provide contact information (such as your name and email address). This information is used for billing purposes only.Despite the high level of security available on our web registration sites, some users may still be uncomfortable about online financial transactions. For these users, we provide hardcopy as well as downloadable, printable forms for mailing or faxing. Please contact us at info@showpro.biz, for further information.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email receipt of your transaction. Print out a copy of the receipt and present it to the registration desk upon arrival.
Collection of Personal Information
SHOWPRO is committed to protecting the privacy of the attendees of their events. Information submitted during the registration process is for its own use. SHOWPRO will not sell, share or rent this personal information to any other party.
Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy:
Registrants unable to attend may receive a refund of the paid registration fee, provided the cancellation is processed through our registration support no later than the specified date on the registration form.No refunds will be given for cancellations processed after the specified date.
Security Measures
The SHOWPRO registration sites and databases have security measures in place designed to protect the misuse of information gathered online and offline. Whenever a form requires the input of sensitive information, for example, your personal information or credit card number, that information is encrypted. Management access to personal information is restricted to those that require the information to perform a specific job function for the event. SHOWPRO provides its registered users with a secure online experience.
To do this we use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety
and confidentiality of your personal information. All user registration information is contained behind a firewall and only accessible by a limited number of event organizers who have special access rights to our registration systems. Confidential personal information sent to us is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This information is then encrypted in our secure database. The database is further protected behind a firewall.

Credit Card Security
Credit card transactions through the registration feature of the site are secure. This includes all registration fees made at our online registration system. Customer-entered credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission to a credit card authorization service; if the dollar amount of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our registration software. Customer service representatives or any other person dealing with the attendee registrations, cannot view or receive credit card numbers.
